You know a loooong time ago I asked the same question. And then I asked some guy friends and they said it hurts really bad. But I mean obviously it must since they are on the damn floor rolling nd their eyes are all teary. So to answer your question..yes it hurts THAT much

Here is the reason why, it is a defense mechanism for males to protect its vital reproductive organs. When there is a "slight" quick pressure towards that "area" the muscles around the scrotum (balls) retract and pulls the whole damn thing up near the bladder for protection. Its similar to someone yanking at your arm very hard pulling it about 1 inch or so..! (The reason why some of us feel it in the pit of our stomach.) Imgaine if you girls have a defense mechanism on your boobs..! Getting yanked back when someone slaps it or something.. (Oh look.. it went from a D to an A)

Its the worst pain I have ever felt... well besides breaking my elbow. But yeah it hurts really bad its like a pain that spreads up threw your whole body. So when you think your having fun and you hit a guy in the ba*ls its not fun. AT ALL!

I was playing tennis and my friend... she did a monster serve like Serena Williams type serve and smacked me right there. I dont know how long I was down I just know I was in pain and some said tears came down.... you girls need some balls to find out =P

Yes it does. I took my girlfriend to my house once when i was 11 and striped. When i came out of the bathroom i jumped on her. She kicked my in my balls. Then she felt sorry for me so she then stripped and we had sex. Oh what a day

1. When you get smacked on your boobs but multiply it by 5. (Women)

2. In games, you can't automatically get TKO or knocked out with one hard smack.

4. Also if ya get hurt there men won't have babies either that it can harm them.

5. Getting punched in the face 3x of their hardest blow from a person 3x bigger than you.
