can u resize pictures for buddy icons ??
avalon*
umm you could probably do that in MS paint, if you don't want to do it in photoshop/paint shop pro or don't have that program.
jayOOhlia
i have photoshop/imageready . how can i resize the pix to make buddyicons?
DaTru KataLYST
yes O.o

resize it to the size that buddy icons r allowed to be.
jayOOhlia
but i dno how to do it ?
DaTru KataLYST
go to the top and click 'image --> image size' and then change the sizes from whatever it is to 50x50 (or w.e buddy icon sizes are)
jayOOhlia
yea i know dat but i wanna put da WHOLE pix in da buddy icon but i dno how to resize the WHOLE pixture to fit in da ICON
DaTru KataLYST
^ Sorry, I don't understand you anymore.

When you resize the image, the whole picture is resized...and if you resize it to 50x50, it'll fit as a buddy icon on AIM...
jayOOhlia
duuude but it didnt >.<
jayOOhlia
can somebody else help me?
sweetdreamsx3
Don't double post and just crop your image then.
jayOOhlia
i tired all of dat .... dose anybody here get what im saying ???
DaTru KataLYST
no

why dont u just post the pic and i'll just resize it for u
jayOOhlia
but i wanna make it myself so when i want a new pixture icon i can make my own so your guys r eather going to tell me how to resize an 480 x 640 pixutre so that the whole pix is gonna fit in the 50 x 50 buddy icon or not
avalon*
well first off, if it's that big, you'll probably have to crop it. and plus it's not a square, so you HAVE to crop it.
jayOOhlia
but then i wont have the WHOLE pixture in da box
