What kind of genre of songs do you write?

I write songs too, i just found 15 of my old songs, i use to be reckless with them, so now i take care of them.

I am just curious cause i write songs, about love in the rock genre... i also write about things that has happened, and i sing them to my friend for input, and she says their good, so i got some skill... Lol... anyway, my songs come best when i am just sing in the shower... one time i came up with a great song, and i forgot it, man i got o amd... anywasy... i was loooking for people who are like me so if you write songs, and want a new friend IM me... >>> I kill seaguls <<< that's the SN... I write songs.. I never post them, though.
They're not very good.

One of my resolutions is to write decent songs.

I don't really write in a genre.
I just.. write.

It's certainly never emo, country, rap.. any of that.

yea, i write raps .... i used to be in a group with my friends but like .. we just all split up because of something personal ... so yea i'm just gonna do stuff on my own , now

all you'll see here from me are songs. they're, for the most part, hardcore/emo/screamo/metal. some punk, too.

I write lots of songs, but I don't show it because I'm afraid if someone will steal one of my ideas!! So yeah... It's always from my past, my life, my love life. It's what I experienced during the lives I have lived so yeah hehe.

Sometimes I post some of my songs on here, I guess they're considered emo & rock, but I don't tell myself to just write thos types of songs. It just comes out like that.

Yeah I do. All of them horrible, but I guess I'm getting better...no...no they're not. XD Mine didn't really have a type...jingles? Iono....I can make the stupidest songs about everything...take scissors for example...i start writing about that...then it turns into a song about orange juice.

Torie -.-^. I tried writing songs, it always come out corny. I always write RAP! No, i don't =P. I just write about stupid things that come into my head.

i have this one song that's been floating around in my head for months.

it really need a music video to be good tho.

otherwise, i usually just write poetry with a rythym, which could be put with music but i don't.
