Hm. Well a 3 year difference doesn't really seem much when you're 30. But when you're 13, you shouldn't be dating anyone older than you. It's how date rape/abduction/pregnancy/abuse happens.

Usually when you're 13, you should be dating someone around your age. I'd call that 16 year old pretty sick for going out with you.

Personally, i think 13 is way too young...especially to be dating a 16 year old guy. Though 3 years may not seem like a lot, in teen years it's a whole lot of maturity differences. To play it safe, don't go for it.

i know 17 year olds that go out wit 12 year olds. i guess it can work, if the guy is a complete moron and on ur level. but u should try and go out wit someone closer 2 ur age
