don't worry if you are only 13. most girls don't start developing till around 14-16. some girls have an early start, while others start later. i know my best friend didn't get hers until she was 16-17 and they are a pretty good size. unfortunately i started development early, and it can have it's downsides. you get a lot of wrong attention at such an early age.

my boobs grew in a year... now i have a very full a cup.. almost be soo they look bigger.. so don't worry you will grow!!

I'm not HUGE....but not really flat. I'm the same age as you. Are you sure you are actually straight out FLAT? because compared to my friends...I am kinda small. But i dont think there is a way for you to make them grow bigger unless you have plastic surgery<---which i hope you don't consider. Nothing is wrong with you. It's just different with some girls.
