A lot of those just come with viruses, and don't punt people, but they want you to enter your login name and password in their 'supposed punter', I think just so they can get your password..

AIM Remix 4.0 works well. So does buddy trikill.

becareful with some of those programs. some of them steal your AIM screenname and password. but you can use aim invader (EXTREMELY POWERFUL. but only useful if you have like 50 bots). i forget where you can download it though.
