I clicked on start > all programs and i dont see "AOL Instant Messenger" everytime i try to start aim i have to go to local disk > program files ughh laziness how do i add AIM to "all programs?" after u click on the start menu?"

Just create a SHORTCUT onto your desktop. [Right click -> Create Shortcut -> Drag onto Desktop] Or you can just copy and paste it anywhere.
