In the history of the world, there have always been "great" leaders. What makes a Leader Great? What sort of characteristics are needed? How do we determain whether one leader was great, while another was not? Would Hitler or Stalin be considered great leaders? Why or why not? Just wondering what your opinions where.

Great Leader
Great + Leader = Great Leader
in a literal sense, thats the formula. umm too lazy to look up the definitions and too scared to assume the exact definitions.

It depends on what morals you have or your views...there are plenty of leaders that were technically great, but it's up to you to decide whether their actions were justified or not (meaning Hitler and Stalin).
