I personally think it's good when one starts dating at a pretty early age, maybe 8th grade? Or maybe even a little bit longer.. I don't know. They can get an idea of what a relationship is like, or atleast get a sense of it. That way they can get stonger emotionally and mentally and learn important lessons, thus one doesn't make the same mistake twice when they finally meet "the one."

you can never be too careful. despite all warnings and the situations you constantly see going on around you .. it's never enough for you to be able to avoid the bumps along the way .. everybody will go through them at one point or another .. you'll eventually let your guard down for someone special that'll change how you see things .. but it still may end up not working in the end .. heart break is almost inevitable .. but you shouldn't let it discourage you from future experiences or regret having gone through it .. it's all a part of learning and LIFE. i agree with krnxswat .. it's definitely good to have early exposure because you'll have more room for comparison for future experiences and it helps you mature as time goes by ..

i don't really think that's what krn was referrign to at all .. just because you start having experiences with relationship early doesn't mean you should have excessive displays of affection in public .. in general that's not needed in relationships .. you can have your own private time to do what you like behind closed doors .. in public it isn't really right for any one to go all out because it's disrespectful and rude .. holding hands and light kisses on the cheek are always cute to see though :)

It's NOT like every couple is making out at school (well some are.. eewww.... too much ><) I mean, silly lil kisses and hugs show affection =) I know that people, especially admins AT SCHOOL and stuff would get really mad about PDA (Public Display of Affection), but some people, they can't help but show thier love. Of course, making out and "fondling the wrong way (as in groping O_o")" is too overboard. I agree with KrnxSwat about beginning in 8th grade because it won't seem like a scary thing NOR will it seem like a big rush when you enter high school. Probably 7th grade sounds like the YOUNGEST, because that's when one would become a teenager. You should get some experience, but not too much.

And it's great to have fun in a relationship, just not giving your heart away yet and NOT giving your virginity away whistling.gif very bad! Good thing I never did that. Sadly, krnxswat has polluted my innocence when he stated that his talent was of "bouncing his boobs" O_o"

i dont agree with krnxswat... in certains ways.
yea, dating at an early age has its advantages in which you learn more about relationships and the opposite gender...
BUT, dating at an early age can have a HUGE influence on your future relationships as well, and if you arent too careful on who you go out with in the begining and how you control urself, how you chose the "man/"gurl", etc, you could might as well lead urself into a bad start which could make you learn the "wrong" ways of dating and break ur heart at an early stage of ur love life... sad.gif
and also, dating at an early age steals ur precious time of being single and flirting with other guys and liking guys in a naive and pure, innocent way... (meaning like "oh he's cute, OMG") those thingys... yea... and you could lose ur bond with frends sometimes if you arent too careful _dry.gif
and another thing, i think to date, you need to reach a certain degree of maturity and understanding. i mean, i made the mistake of dating too soon and i messed up my whole 6th grade year dating several guys which only lasted like 2 weeks each. _dry.gif

YEP! dont let ur gaurd down gurls! _smile.gif i agree with that. but also, sometimes you guts to let ur gaurd down or u could end up hurting urself... literally... sad.gif haha ^^

i agree with seonho in that we need to experience it to see what its really like. for me, it only took one relationship for me to see that high school relationships aren't worth it. that is just my preference.
