try images.google.com and search for a picture. sometimes people even make their own pictures
yeah. also you can go on their website if they're like a celebrity O_O

you can google it, then clikc on google images.
You can search for images on almost any search engine, including Yahoo and Google. 
most search engines are powerd by google, so its best to go with that first.
most of them search for the pictures which isnt hard to do especially when you know what you want =)
