i have photoshop 7.0 right now, is there anyway that i can upgrade to adobe cs without having to actually download adobe cs, which is like 160MB?

It's there an upgrade link on Adobe.com? Well when you download Adobe Photoshop CS and still have 7.0 then when you click on the 7.0 icons it'll load in 8.0..
