you know this blue screens? its happenned twice now. once yesterday, and again today. i tried to ignore it but i'm worried.



last year, the first time i got a stop error, i rebooted and then next thing i know my hard drive was fried and all my files, gone. i'm scared.

i'm a little computer illiterate. forgive me. but can anyone help me out and tell me what this means and what i should do? i'm really scared to lose my files. i'm about to back them up on cd-roms right now but i'd rather save my computer.

help, please?

"Blue Screens"? Oh u mean BSOD, Blue Screen Of Death...yeah i think the name explains it...BLAME MICROSOFT!

Oh I hate those too. I'll use that site for future reference if I get the "BSOD" again. GL.

Backup important stuff just in case .... I get those things when I tamper with the hardware =(
