I got mine in 6th grade. As long as you get it before you're out of high school you'll be ok. Like everyone else is saying, appreciate the time you have not having to worry about it. They suck. Bigtime.

i got mine in like the 8th grade...hehehe....i was 13..not that bad....i dont think 14 is late...lols trust me..once you get it you wish you didnt have it...;]

And my cousin didn't get hers until she was 15, cuz she's really athletic, too. So if you're like a sporty person, then it makes sense.
