Becuase God is the almighty, and nothing can compare. I think he created the universe and everything in it, but noone created him. I am kind of iffy about it but I try and keep my hope in it....It is confusing if you think aobut it though...

My question to you, then, is why do you see it as necessary that the universe have a creator, but not that God has a creator.
To simplify, many people argue that God must exist because
something must have created the universe, and this suggests the existence of a god-like being. However, if we require that everything (ie. the universe) have a creator, then why do we discard the logical conclusion that God must also have a creator?
To simplify even more:
1) Everything must have a cause.
2) God is likely the cuase of the universe.
3) God must have been created by something.
If 1) is true, 2) is likely true. However, if 1) and 2) are both true, than 3) must also be true. If 1) is false, then 2) and 3) are likely false.
Thus, the most likely situations, logically, are:
1) God exists and has a creator, or
2) God doesn't exist.
