You guys do have some facts that I really haven't heard much about, preventing prostate cancer and burning calories. But that is not to say that these are not true, they both seems likely. My doctor's say I have Prostatitis, an inflammation of the prostate, I don't know if I truly believe them though. There are like 100's of testicular problems and the symptoms are usually indistiguishable to me. After reading a post (not here) of guys that were having testicle pain I learn more from them than I had from my doctor and the urologist I went to. Back problems correlate with testicle pain, I have scoliosis in my back, significant but not severe, and this could be one reason for my testicle and abdominal pain. There was one guy on there though who gave very helpful information, he had had testicle pain for 22 years. I'm not completely sure I have the same problem as him, mine goes away and comes back and occurs more often under certain circumstances. As I heard from him as well as other people who posted on there, that muscle tension cause a release of seminal fluids (Semen is NOT sperm, sperm is made in the testicles, while seminal fluids are made in the prostate and I think in the testicles too, or somewhere else, there are 2 places). These seminal fluids cause discomfort, and if, as the guy put it, can lead to infections if not "expressed". I like his describing the "unexpressed" seminal fluids as needing to be "expressed". I also like replacing "expressed" with "expelled". But anyways, these fluids are release by muscle tension. He described that muscle tension in this area could be conditioned by drinking water.

However, I once consulted a well-known urologist who told me he believe that the non-bacterial form of C.P. may be from nervous tension of the sphyntor muscle. In my particular case, he and I discovered that I had formed a habbit during my childhood of drinking alot of water prior to sleeping, which may un-intentionally trained that muscle group to have abnormal amount of tension as result of holding your urine. We did confirm that in my case -- the muscle tension in that area was four times higher at rest than what is considered normal.
I also believe, and he also stated, that stress can lead to muscle tension in this area. Now I will describe a bit of the way my pain works and then concluded with my opinion on if masturbation is healthy.
There are a variety of things that can start up my testicle pain. Stress, waiting to go poop or pee, having an erection for an extended period of time, or in some cases, for no apparent reason at all. One of the things that worries me the most is it changes, or is getting worse. I've had this problem for like 4 years now, before it was less painful, it was easier to treat. I would start getting sore in the area, and I would masterbate, in 30 minutes I would have complete relief. Now when I get it, I feel a cold pain constantly, they are extremely sensitive to touch, my testicles and all the veins and things that connects to it swell some. As of late, with Spring fever, I have been feeling a lot more excitement, and I've switch from my normal one time a day masturbating for like 5 minutes to a once or twice a day for a period of 30 minutes to 90 minutes. It is so much more fun, I get completely naked, and I moan a little, the orgasms are much more pleasurable as well. I do it in different styles, I don't just let my hand do all the work, it might sound awkward, but I straddle my pillow and hump my hand

. The first time I did this when Spring Fever came on just a few weeks ago, it lasted an hour, got no pain and went to sleep. :satisfied: . The next day I did it again for an hour and a half no pain. The next day I had to go pee and didn't really realize it, I started getting sore while I was masturbating, the orgasm was a mixture of pleasure and pain, as it has always been before when I was treating my testicle pain. I washed up and went to sleep not feeling very happy with my stupid worthless testicles

. I was feeling extremely lonely with the spring fever setting in and all I wanted was a satisfying orgasm, and some f**king sleep too, I had tons of homework, and 6 AP tests (3 hours apiece). My life was looking more and more like hell everyday, THANK GOD I GOT THROUGH IT ALL. And I even think I scored pretty good on my AP tests. The next day, I read the post on the site I mentioned before, and talked to my mom some, and decided that I'll be revisiting my doctor with some new ideas that might make the testicle pain easier. Also, I had whined a lot about it before, now I was just ready to live with the shit as long as I had to and would keep my eyes open for something that might make it occur less. Masturbated for a long time again, got testicle pain, and was going to go to sleep. But I changed my mind, and helped my mom with some yard work. The testicle pain lasted for 3 hours, before it seemed to last until I masturbated, but now it goes away before sometimes, and doesn't go away when I masturbate. The weird thing is I can't tell if it is getting better or worse. I know that I could probably get my doctor to change his mind on what I have, because I remember when I mentioned swelling, he reacted like there shouldn't be swelling. So if I do long incomplete masturbations, I could probably get my testicles 5 times their normal size and maybe a different color, too. And then maybe he'll change his mind, because I've tried before and he still said the same thing, it's prostatitis, yet none of the medication or antibodics or any of the shit he has given has done anything. I had a ultrasound, nothing.
In my case, when masturbating causes me to be sore, I think it doesn't do me any good, and probably only does harm. About the guy on tv, as someone mentioned, who masturbated 7 times a day and it was supposed that caused his pain, his girlfriend had just broke up with him, think of stress, or other factor that could play a role, such as heavy weight lifting. I've come to feel the doctor's most of the time don't really know what is causing someone's testicle pain. So for someone not having any pain, masturbating is healthy, as long as they aren't doing it extremely often, or jerking it so hard that they are ripping tissues, and not doing it so fast that they have third degree burns on their hand or penis

. It released endorphines, and generally for me as I have before held my body in low esteem, helps with self-confidence, self-satisfaction, and can make you feel like your body is more attractive. There is even a reason that might explain why it would make you feel more attactive, when you are masturbating, and getting those endophrines released, your thoughts have more influence that normal. It releases any fluids that can cause INFECTIONS. I've never had a wet dream, probably because I've been masturbating since before I could even cum, which is weird now that I think about it, I'll probably bring it up to my doctor. Blah BLAH BLAH, I might post some more stuff later.
For those of you who might actually read this long post, thanks and feel free to send me a message for any reason. If you are having testicle pain, you can send me a message, but if you haven't already, TALK TO YOUR PARENTS! Don't be embarrassed.
