hello, this is my first time posting food ingredients . .i got this ingredients/ instructions from class.


WARNING: this will be good for parties or group of friends. You dont want to eat them all yourself.

ingredients:
1. 1 cup of chopped onions ( or more )
2. 10-20 torillas
3. grated cheese ( as much u want )
4. 10 oz enchilada suase


Instructions:
1. add onions and cheese ON the torillas
2. roll them and put them on the wide plate
3. when your done rolling all the torillas, pour enchiladas suase all over the torillas
4. put the plastic coverall over the plate
5. cook for 2 min. OR untill its cook ( please dont over cook for 5 min.) or untill the cheese melted.


doesnt it sounds plain ? huh.gif you can try adding SOFT vegetables such as tomatoes and green onions.

OMG, I FORGOT ONE MORE THING, AFTER YOU put the plastic coverall over the plate, PUT THE TORILLAS IN THE MIRCOWAVE !

it is yummy, its very cheesey. please try it cuz its not expensive to buy all those ingredients.

what does enchilada sauce mainly consist of?

really ? it does look yummy ? i thought it looks plain and okay. I think enchiladas sauce is mainly consist of tomatoes. i hope someone gonna try this cus its not realli expensive to buy everything. its easy and quick recipe so no one has to take forever to make other food.

hmm....well since my family is mexican my mom makes the homemade enchiladas, but it sounds close to like what she makes! But i love hers...

hahaha, yea but mine is easier its like 15 min. to make it. ... i think your mom takes longer time but more tasier then mines. You must be lucky to have ur mama make enchiladas.
