I know that Marilyn Manson may look odd and weird at first sight... but have any of you ever read anything about him to understand him and his views or did you just automatically judge him?

"His" song? No, thats not his song, it was originally a christian song, but then metal bands started mocking it, and altering it, such bands as lollipop lust kill, and now manson. I personally like lollipop lust kills version better than manson. And no, I havent judged him by his looks, I have some friends that dress and act like him, and it pisses me off when people just judge them without getting to know about them. So no, I dont hate nor judge him for his looks or acts.

when i was younger, he used to scare me. lol i couldn't really judge him because i was too afraid.

now, i still don't judge him. his music isn't really my style but i don't bash him or anything.

At first I thought he was weird. Then I actually read his book and did some research. Now I think his views are completely absurd and non relevant to current times. His videos are 2nd only to NIN though

i havent had a chance to actually hear what he has to say about stuff but i have read his lyrics and listened to his music and i like him and no i dont think ive ever jugded him but my parents do that all the time and really hate him but from what little i have seen or heard about him he seems to be a very intelligent man but i dont really know because i havent really researched enough to say anything.

i think manson is very odd for doing half the things he did do in the past.... including adding breasts and taking away rib bones.

But, does that make him any different from anyone else? I doubt not. My parents think he's crazy just because of the way he looks, but I have no problem of the way he looks, I just don't like the way he does some crazy things.

Other than that, his musics great, and if he likes that kind of music, then let him be.
