I don't know if this is a new game or not... I just sort of came up with it from the top of my head.

Example: Say I start with the word "Hat"

The next person can either add a letter, get rid of a letter, or change a letter.
("Cat" or "Hate" or "Ha")

Say the person chose "Hate"

Next person can do the same thing, but nobody can use the same word twice.
(They can't use "Hat" or "Hate", since those words have already been used. "Hater" or "Gate" can be an option.)

And so on, until nobody can think of anything, and we start over.

How about... we start with "Blog"
