I dunno. Maybe it just depends on the person who he's talking to. I mean I know this super quiet kid that like never talks except to me because he's the only one who like actually listens to him.

I dunno. Maybe you should ask him if he feels unconfortable talking to you. I mean the kid that I know said that it wasn't that he was unconfortable it was just because he was nervous. Maybe you could get to know him better. I dunno. I'm suprised that at least 1 person is talking. Lol. It's gotten quiet.

2.) he doesn't want to talk right now
3.) he doesn't feel well
4.) cause you don't talk that much
5.) he likes you, so he is busy looking at your face.
6.) he is bored talking to you
7.) he's tired
8.) he's busy looking at a girl with short dress and sexy looking
9.) he doesn't know you that well, he thinks you as a stranger.
10.) he heard weird things about you. so he rather not talk to you.

reasons why guys are quiet, but is talkative with you
1.) he likes you
2.) he has same interest in you
3.) he's hyper
4.) his crush likes him back, so he's happy to talk with you
5.) he just want to show you that he's not really a quiet person
6.) he wants to get to know you more
7.) you're friends with his crush
8.) he lost the bet and the bet was to talk to you even tho he's quiet
9.) so he doesn't bore you out
10.) cause you're popular and rich

so yeah...
