yes its ture.. i havent had first hand experience, but my mom told me and mommy knows best.. i wore a bra to sleep at a friends house for a week.. not the same one!.. lmao but i did and it just like.. not grew.. so then the next week, at my own house.. i didnt wear it.. and it grew alot more

I don't think that's true. I read in my magazine that you can wear bras to bed because it won't sag, the bed is keeping it from doing that. If you never wear a bra, then that's a different story.

omg this sooo relates to me! ok- when i was like in 6th grade, my best friend's daddy's ex girlfriend said to wear them to sleep so that they dont get saggy, so years later we STILL DID. Recently, my other friend said the wearing it to sleep sufocates (spelling?) them and they cant breath therefore not growing. What to believe?
