Okay so I'm best friends with this grl, and shes always been known as the school bad girl, or the slut, but we've been best friends since i was in 4th grade. Then she moved to Florida, and well I just talked to her last night, we haven't talked in like a month or two because of school work and stuff, but well she told me that shes been suspened 3 times...twice for possion of a knife, and then possion of Marajanna (sp?). The thing is, I really don't want to say that we can't be friends anymore because of that, because she knows that I'll never try drugs and has never asked me to. and with the knife we always had a knife on us since we were in 5th for me and 6th for her. but I'm really confused on what to do...
can anyone help?
or does anyone have a friendship like that?

yeah, my friend was doing cocain and vodca and she almost died, i didn't tell my parents because they would've told me to leave her along.

i sorta do. i have some friends that do drugs but my parents don't know they do drugs. and they know i won't do drugs so they don't ask me. also a lot of my friends are like kina...i hate to use labels...but they dress gothic. with like the chains and stuff and my mom hates that! she won't let me hang out with them by myself even though some of them are the nicest people i know! i know they're parents and things were different when they were kids and they care about us but still...i dunno what to tell you though. your friend doesn't seem to be influencing you to do any of the stuff she does so she's not a bad friend so i guess it's alright to hang out with her. but you said you don't do drugs when she starts like nagging at you to do drugs or soemthing stupid like that that's when you should start to think should i be hanging out with this person? and you've known her for a while so i think everything's going to be fine.

I know some people like that, but I'm not close with 'em because I just don't really feel comfortable around them, but if she's your friend, and you say she is, then just stick with her, and who cares what your parents think? I don't approve of a lot of the thigns they do (and I don't mean punishing me lol, I mean like that they do to themselves), but it's their mind, body, and life, not yours. Live life how you want to live it, not according to your parents.

one of my old friends is kinda like that, but yet she can be such a good friend to me, and she's always there for me when my other "good" friends aren't. and i have helped her with her problems. since she's a long way away it's kinda hard to help her, but how is it gonna hurt you to talk to her? it's not like anyone will know?

the friends parents dont like you hangin with is other race. because you know most parents are like heckuh racist. ahahhaha

My mom doesnt like african americans. THen when my cousin got a black boyfriend she got pissed and was ranting it on me, though i had nothing on it. Like I couldnt take it and I just had to yell at my mom and lecture at how racist it is and its against everything she believes if she calls herself a person of faith. After that, she doesnt say anything bad about any races, because she couldnt argue with me. What I said was true, and she knew it.
