how about a board from zumiez... Another thing you can get him could be watch, cologne, or a necklace. As a skater he might like some new wheels, barings(sp) etc. You know the usual skate equipment. Hope this helps you out a bit

get him like a metalica thingy or skater things.

The best wat to his heart is through his stomach... bake him something or buy him candy. You could make a gift basket complete with all the sweets and junk foods he loves.
