i lost photoshop and 3dsm due to my computer being stupid but should i even try to get them back? is graphic designing really worth it because i am only 13 and besides, it takes too much room on my computer?

Do you like doing it? If you do, then go ahead. It's not like you're making any money offa it (right?) so it's a logical question to apply to your situation.

maybe try a different approach to web. web programming maybe? html, css, javascript, php, asp. all you need is notepad for that ;)

I use psp7,8; Adobe Photoshop5,7; paint, and this other propgram thats custom made by my cuzin!

Graphic designing can be a lucrative career depending upon the talent of the artist. I dont abhor you from continuing with such pursuits. In fact, all forms of creativity should be cultivated during your formative years. Its awesome to develop yourself in such a manner.
I say if its what you crave and what you like, do it. There shouldnt be anything stopping you. If there are doubts and questions, provoke them from individuals that are knowledgable on the topic. Persons with actual careers in the field.
I know plenty of graphic artists that make a killing and then there are some who make pitiful chunks of change. Again, all depending on what you produce and the beauty of the product.
