oooo, ahhh, that's what pms means! cramps BEFORE the period! well then, I dont' really get cramps...I only get PMS cause I always (or at least usually) have cramps before my period and hardly ever (or jsut really mild ones) during my period. Actually, recently I hanv't been getting any cramps at all, YAY! ...althouhg it is kinda nice how PMS wanrs you you are oging to have your period, that way you're all prepared an stuff...

This is a kinda pointless...

One time, I went to the store to buy a box of comdoms. Not to use them, I'm only 14, but to give them to my vice prencipal as a gift. When I went to the counter, the person there ask me if my parnets knew I was buying comdoms. I said no. Well, should they. I was like no, I'm buying them for my vice precipal. She asked why my vice prencipal was asking me to buy comdoms. Then she said if I was planning on having sex with him, it's illegal. I said I wasn't going to have sex with him. Then she ask why I was buying him comdons then. I then went on about how my school's name is PMS and I thought it would be funny if I gave him condoms. She didn't believe in. *sigh* Then it turned out to be my boyfriend's aunt. And she told him. He was pissed off and it took me like a month to get him to talk to me and straiten stuff out.

-it depends on the girl. some it hurts like hell, others not at all. for me-it barely hurt, i was sore the day after. also USE PROTECTION. condoms are your best friend if you are sexually active, esp. if you're not on birth control.

for the cramps part, you should add that using a hot water pad (i think) is very helpful. if you don't have one, a regular water bottle is fine too. the water should be very hot, but not boiling.

not that i need this info or anything but does doing drugs stop you from having your period? cuz a friend of mine might be doing drugs and she says she hasn't gotten her period before, she's 16, so i'm just wondering if it does stop it.

-The breast nipple becomes inverted, develops a rash, changes in skin texture, or has a discharge other than breast milk.

and i found a breast cancer self-examination on the internet:
1. IN THE SHOWER Fingers flat, move gently over every part of each breast. Use your right hand to examine left breast, left hand for right breast.
Check for any lump, hard knot or thickening. Carefully observe any changes in your breasts.
2. BEFORE A MIRROR Inspect your breasts with arms at your sides. Next, raise your arms high overhead.
Look for any changes in contour of each breast, a swelling, a dimpling of skin or changes in the nipple. Then rest palm on hips and press firmly to flex your chest muscles. Left and right breasts will not exactly match - few women's breasts do.
3. LYING DOWN Place pillow under right shoulder, right arm behind your head. With fingers of left hand flat, press right breast gently in small circular motions, moving vertically or in a circular pattern covering the entire breast. Use light, medium and firm pressure. Squeeze nipple; check for discharge and lumps. Repeat these steps for your left breast.

taking a hot bath also helps cramps..I read it in Seventeen magizine and I tried it..and it actually worked..I mainly rely on nonaspirin to get rid of cramps tho, but when that didn't work..I tried the bath

um..also..about the masturbation thing..I don't know if it's a sin or not (and if it is then A LOT of guys have sinned) but I do know that it's healthy to do cuz..of something about circulation, I don't quite remember how it's healthy..but if you do it too much then it becomes unhealthy..
