mmkay, this is my story. I went out w/ a guy. We didn't do much, acted lyke each other didn't exist during skool. But at home, we exchanged emails alot. But lyke a month ago, we did break up (after 9 months). He said he still wanted 2b my friend n i'm not saying that's a bad idea...but i lyke someone new...and i don't know wut 2 do. Can i go 4 the new guy? Or should I not? I'm afraid i'll hurt his feelings...He says he still lykes me...Iono wut 2 do...Plez give meh advice!!

Wait.. so this happened for like.. 9 months? O_o Did you two EVER call each other? So the ONLY communication you had with him was emails, right? It's sort of both of you two's faults. You both didn't act like you two were going out. This was bound to happen, and I can't believe it's been 9 months and you two finally broke up. I wouldn't call it much of a relationship since you two didn't act like you two were dating at all. Yea sure he might've missed you, but partially it's his fault because he didn't even try to make it known that you two were going out. And it's partially your fault because you should've tried to get him to actually express how he felt. I think you two should work it out.. If you don't like him anymore, at least be friends with him... That's better than nothing at all.. Did you even really like him? It just seems like.. you two were just friends who ONLY communicated through email and said that you two liked each other. Even if he still likes you, I don't think he would liek you as much as you think he does, but that's just my opinion. I assume that you both mutually broke up. So yea you can date someone else. But it would be dumb to date someone else and actually be together at school, since the "relationship" you had with your ex seemed non-existent.

well, mayb i should add the fact that...um...well...he had a religion...and, he wuzn't allowed 2 do things that,um, you know, must ppl do...yeah. but iono. u guys do have a point...thanx 4 the help...i'll think bout it. *(=
