who loves the music of simple plan?

First of all, Simple Plan NEVER claimed to be punk.
They're not TRYING to be punk.
They DON'T think they're punk.
So you can't say that.
There's an article about simple plan 'haters'
in Alternative Press.
The December issue, I believe.
Here is part of it:

yeah they`re one of the bands on my list. my favorite all-time song is from them-Perfect. if anyone watched the SP DVD then you can notice Pierre DOES have a voice. btw the DVD was not boring! as it said on the cover lol.

I like Simple Plan. Hell, I'd like any kind of music that I can relate to so I can't complain. Their music makes a lot of sense to me. :)

The DVD was kick ass. I'll be sitting somewhere, drinking water, accidently spit it out, and be like, "I just pulled a David..."

Simple Plan is awesome so all you people stop being haters...isn't there already enough hate in the world?? They never claim (or claimed) to be "punk". I don't know about you guys, but personally I'm sick of the whole "What's punk and what isn't punk" debate....if you like the music, listen to it. Don't restrict yourself to listening to a certain band or artist because of their genre....just like Pierre said "Would an artist restrict theirselves to 7 or 8 colors to use in a painting...or mix the colors and make the most beautiful painting ever?" well...it was something like that. Anyways, the point is if you like the music, listen to it. Genre has nothing to do with the song being good or not....
