do anyone know a good and free image generator where you can save as gif and without the code. This can surely advance my layout design. If you know please reply. Or if you know the program and it not free just tell me i can hack =P

You can do that with Adobe Imageready, just click the rollover tab, it's not a free program, but I'm pretty sure you probably have it. =]
