well photoshop (adobe.com) and paint shop pro (jasc.com) are great programs to make graphics with and then of course there ms paint to make it just play around with the effects and to put it on you site use this code

In her sig? I think she just got a some pictures, blended them together, and color blended it. I don't know how to do all that in paint shop pro 'cause i have adobe. happy.gif

I use photoshop or paint shop pro to make a design then use animation shop, imageready, or flash to make an animation.

just in time i just finish animating my banner
ue photoshop then if u wan to animate switch to image ready.
the more motion the more frame
but i heard flash is much easier.

And much more professional-looking, but siiiiigh.

Anyways, look through the tutorials section and check them out - they're pretty good. Just, don't go around asking if you can do these things in Paint, unless it clearly says you can do it in Paint. Otherwise, don't ask, because we will get pissed. (at least just me)

And yes, I think PSP 9 will work, I just think you have to change some of the things around, but it's do-able. =)
