You use Imageready or Animation shop to give it movements.

or you can use Paint shop pro if you are a bigginer... for the movements, you can use animation shop... but i don't think it came withe PSP, right? I'm not sure

If you bought the CD or something, then it automatically comes with Animation Shop..but I don't think it's possible to do animation with PSP..Correct me if I'm wrong.
