hey chiru, i'm felix. u wana kno how to make a sig or put it up? u go to my controls to put it up and to make one, use photoshop. also....to make a layout, go to the webdesign sections for tutorials or is it programin chat, its one of those and find tutorials. and one day you will be good. dl photoshop or buy it because you'll need it. have a nice day. =) nice name u have.
