How can i create a black border around a picture using photoshop7?

I used to have Photoshop... I think it's like Layer>Layer Style

layer>layer style>stroke

Let's see...to make a border

1. Control A
2. Edit -> Stroke
3. Pick the color, put 2 as the width and press okay. :D
