I really need help finding out where I can get photoshop at a cheap price. I have HTML experience and all, but I want to make a cool header and different layouts and stuff. Does anybody know where to get it?

you could always go to adobe.com and get a free trial...
look for a cheap copy on ebay or just dl the trial

Yeah, but $150 is pretty good since Photoshop originally costs about $600.
