there are many things to show him that you have changed. One as someone mentioned show him your wrists and two TALK TO HIM. If he loves you then he should trust you just have a down to earth conversation with him. Since you guys love eachother it wont be to hard for him to understand. Good Luck

I used to hurt myself too. I told my ex and we talked for a long time. After a while I quited. But there were still times when he's get scared when I cried and stuff. Coz that's when I tend to hurt myself. I noticed how worried he got so I talked with him and told him I wasn't going to do that anymore because i ddin't want others to get worried, the way he was then. so yeah, just talk to him about it.
