yea i have one and the breast cancer one too..ppl wear them bc they want it as a fashion statement as everyone is saying..shouldnt be wearing that to fit in and wear it bc everyone else is like cigs it isnt there for u to show it off..its there so u can support..

i have them but i think a lot of ppl jus get them bc everyone else has them and they dont really care bout why they were made in the first place.

You can buy one at any Nike store, or Bath and Body had like these silver bracelets, but those are ten dollars, though they still go to some helping society or something like that.

in certain cities they even have livestrong stores where they just sell livestrong paraphenilea... i just got one for the cause, not b/c evrybody in the whole world has 1... that was an extra incentive, tho...

I have two of them, hardly anyone if my school has anyone i live in Wales btw. i also have against racism bands which i strongly believe in i hate racists so much. My brother got them for me, in a nike store somewhere lol.

There are a lot of bracelets.. so many colors: yellow, clear, blue, red, pink.. etc. My school even has one.

i heard you can get them from niketown or something. i dont like them though because its suppose to show support for cancer research or something but its become another fashion trend.

Even though it's febuary of '05, still everyone is wearing them and there is still people trying to get one, I personally got mine the day after thanksgiving. I got it in the Woodfield mall in Chicago, IL. At Build a bear workshop, they were $2 and they gave you one and one for your bear. I am still trying to look for the youth size ones, because the adult keeps falling off. Alot of company's have made different ones, like the pink breast cancer one, and Nike has come out with some of their own.

I totally agree. At first, everyone was wearing them and I got really annoyed cause it was for fashion. Now I'm wearing mine and a "reach the day" one around and I'm supporting it.

I think it's stupid for Livestrong bracelets to be fashion. I mean it's great they're raising money and helping out for cancer.. and that's the reason you should be wearing.. not to follow the trend.. Besides, i think it's stupid to follow the crowd.. i have one, but i don't wear it only b/c the main reason people wear it is to "be in"... or w/e
