Eat a healthy breakfast... not a small one. Cut down on meats and processsed foods. Don't eat past 7:00 at night cause your body won't have time to turn that food into energy (it all turns to fat). Get exercise... try walking places insted of driving and such.

-Eat a good, HEALTHY breakfast.
-Drink lots of water.
-Exercise a lot.
-Eat a nice variety of meats, vegetables, fruits, grains, et cetera. Not in huge amounts, though..
Uhm, yeah. That's pretty basic, however.

No junkfood at all
No fried food
More vegetables
Eat vegetables for breakfast (salad or something)
Take like 5 or 6 smaller meals a day instead of 3 main meals

Carbs are good for you.
FAT CARBS aren't.
--
But.. beets are good for your metabolism, and you shouldn't diet at a young age because if you diet, you won't grow taller, or you might not get ass or boobs.
Plus, most of the time when girls diet, they end up eating more since they take less food intake.
So.. It's called exercise & laying off the junk food.
As long as you eat right, and get off your arse, you`ll be fine.
& Just because you're like 4"11 weighing at 110 not 5"2 weighing at 98 lbs doesn't mean you're fat. for anything, you're average, not fat.

WRONG
the past ___ PM thing is a myth...the body doesn't care what TIME it is, it cares when you go to bed, so:
-cut out carbs almost completely within 4 HOURS OF BED
-before bed, however, it is recomennded to have some milk/cottage cheese/peanut butter with a banana if wanted. The protein before bed will keep your metabolism up overnight and the protein will help prevent catabolism if you workout, and the banana will help slow the delivery of the protein making it last longer overnight
"dont eat after 7pm" is a myth from magazines who study WRITING
what I said comes from someone who mods bodybuilding and fitness websites and studied exercise science and health and fitness for the first 3.5 years of his undergraduate program in college

don't do the carbs thing...atkins sucks i'm sorry but yeah. anyways, its all about proportion. just make sure you get a small but decent amount of the daily things you need (ex. dairy, protein, etc.) and regular exercise. there you go.

The whole no carb thing works, but it isn't a healthy diet, so don't plan on going on any Atkins diet. Besides, carbs give you energy and where will you find the energy for exercising without carbs?
What I'm saying is just avoid eating lots of sweets and just eat low fat things (not fat free) and exercise regularly.

No sweat, it's not a secret on how to lose weight. Excercise with lots of cardio. I run about a mile, and it really keeps yah in shape. Throw out your scale at home and get one that measures body fat instead of weight. because when you excercise it seems like you add a few pounds because of the muscle your building up, but trust me your jeans will fit much better. so scales are evil liars! lol so get one that measures body fat! lol, and diet...no diet pills..and DON"T STARVE YOURSELF! that lowers your metabolism levels and your body holds on to the food, so its def not good for you, plus you lose energy for exercising. basically eat a well balanced meal, lots of fruits and veggies...eat carbs. especially if you're running, but eat complex carbs not simple carbs...simple carbs are pasta foods, and potatoes, pizza, basically all the yummy stuff lol. and complex carbs are like fruits. but don't cut out simple carbs entirely, i mean sometimes a girl has gotta eat a slice of pizza or two! But listen to kayne west and skip desert! hehe, lol sry i just finished listening to his workout plan song. so yah, that about it..^_^ ~K

eat healthy (that does not mean cutting out carbs, cuz without them u dont build muscles!) workout at a gym/home (atleast 3 x's per week) and thats basically it..
