does anybody know any free programs that you can use, to change the formats of the songs? or its qualitie? so that i can make the size of the song smaller

What I do, is burn the song on a CD-RW (CD-ReWrite) so that I can reuse the cd. Anyhow, then I copy it, then I use Nero and do "save track" which just copies the song back onto your computer. But here's the catch: You can CHOOSE what type of format (.wma, .mp3, .wav, etc) AND the quality, i.e. 32-bitrate or something like that. Or you can get some wma-mp3 converter =P

I use Sony's Sound Forge Convert to almost any format
