omg i dont know if someone already put this here, but the vibe awards come on tonight and this morning on the news, they said that dr. dre was about to get an award when someone punched him in the head. Then everybody was fighting and shit. Someone got stabbed, too. MAJOR DRAMA. Fantasia left early and Alicia keys left even though she was up for 4 awards and was supposed to perform.
I wonder what they are going to show tonight...are they going to edit it out?

on the news, some of its on camera, but you cant tell who is who. they showed dr. dre receiving his award after they got stuff under control. he said something bout "can't be stopped". yeah and suge night said "f**k g unit"

right now, I'm more into R&B than rap..... the reasons: 95% of rappers that have dropped in the last year have not dropped anything good... last few albums I remember are good are - Black Album, Beautiful Struggle, and College Dropout....... THOUGH I'VE HEARD EXCEPTIONAL TRACKS FROM GUYS LIKE: Copywrite (but no album), Pharoahe Monch, Juice, Crooked I, and more... just no albums... so I have nothing filling my hunger there

Plus, I'm maddly in love right now and have a empty spot in my heart and I guess R&B is fillin' it because shit's kinda gay right now.....

ummm... beyond that, more hot R&B tracks in the last year than rap IMO... Usher, Keisha Cole, John Legend, that one Brandy song, Alicia Keys, Mario Winans (one song), some Beyonce, ummm... and more.... well I guess there's been a lotta bad R&B as well...

regardless, hip hop sucks right now... the state of hip hop is it's dying but a few MC's are holdin' it on life support and a few of the MC's that were holding it for me (Mos Def and Eminem) VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED ME........... in a year I expected 7 of my favorite MC's to drop albums (Crooked I, Talib Kweli, Eminem, Pharoahe Monch, Rakim, Fabolous (especially after the high expectations of Breathe), and Mos Def), my heart for hip hop has died because only 4 have dropped out of those 7 and only 1 was nice IMO.........
