hmm i'm having a big issue with Adobe Premiere Pro right now...is there anyone that uses it?

But yeah...you see my problem is that Adobe won't play my clips correctly!! When you preview them on the left window...it plays perfectly fine at good speed and everything...but once you put it in the timeline it gets all slow and premiere will play it sooo slowly it makes me just uggh.

Do you guys know what the problem is? Because the videos that it is struggling to play are like 640x416, MPEG format, and have a bitrate of about 900...and I cant make this much smaller cuz it will really mess up the quality if I do so.
