man im sorry people are so rude saying oh man hugging ur sad for trying to plan it. different actions mean different things to people. i think hugging is a big deal especially because it is usually the first intimate thing you do w/ your boyfriend. i think that if you wait till goodbye or if he says or does something sweet that it is a perfect time. because if you think its weird (like he didnt want a hug) then your saying goodbye anyway it wont be awkward. if you two are going out, he is probably wanting a hug so it should be fine. im sure it will go well. and maybe hell hug you first!! good luck
