Hey everyone! I've been looking around and there are some AWESOME Xanga skins here. Unfortunately, I don't know how to make them and the instructions confuse me. I'm not sure if this is where I am suppose to post this, but can someone make me a Billy Gilman skin for my Xanga? Please? I'll send you the pictures and stuff.
