Yeah B.O. as in Body Odor.
Yuck right?

Okay i got a friend that has some maaad B.O.
We were talking and my friend asked me what should she do about it.

And.. i didn`t know.
Hehe. All i could tell her was lay off the spicy foods.

Anyone know how to solve B.O ?
Or recommend some good deodorant ?

Any help is appreciated.

take a lot of showers, deodorant (i don`t know...uhh..dove?), perfume, body splash, lotion, etc..

my boyfriends friend has it, he can shower all he wants but its still there. sucks for his girlfriend.

Exactly. And her putting on body splash, perfume, etc. makes it kind of worse..

Her B.O is kind of s t r o n g, and with the added essences.

I guess she can take a showers every morning (or whenever she is about to go out somewhere) and use Dove soap. And use a deoderant that smells good or the "powder" scent. Orignal Clean stinks.

And buy some body spray.

hide behind a corner with a bat, a big bucket of water, a gallon of soap, and one of those loofah brushes. when she comes around, knock her out with the bat, pour the bucket of water on her, squeeze out all the soap onto her body (paying special attention to the areas that would need the most attention in regards to B.O. like the armpits... and the crotch if you'd like an extra bonus.) and scrub scrub scrub with the loofah brush. OH and sing "aren't you glad you used dial?" as you clean her.

i dont know. that's what i'd do.

Yes, if you add perfume n stuff it might make it worse...it like mixes =o="

i know b.o is really gross. maybe its the deodorant she uses. I think scented deodorants just make your b.o really worse. you should tell her to use unscented deodorants...it really works better than the scented ones...if that doesn't work then tell her to go and visit a doctor.

She should defently go see a doctor. Something's not right. If she needs a good deodrant, buy Secret. That stuff is really good. I heard baking soda absorbs bad smells, as well. I dunno if it works for the body..but..hey? It's worth a try.

perfume. &um eat healthier foods? i dont really know how you can get bad odor unless you dont shower. but um perfume her up.

Lol. She showers twice a day folks. Secret deodorant. And a couple of friends and I supply her with nice smelling lotion. Heke.

You have to tell you, straight out. Gently of course, but you don't want her to be hated just because she smells. Buy some nice smelling soap and give it to her as a present..?

Yea, I agree, Dove.

The thing with dove is that you can put on any kind of lotion and the smell won't be ruined. the smell won't mix and smell all wierd lol. I suggest your friend get some victoria secret body splash, preferably endless love *wink* lol

And perfume as well. Perfume stays on longer. Preffy much, your friend should put on lotion, body splash, perfume, AND deodorant. Actually, she should spray herself every 2 hours. If it's really that bad, tell her to spray it every hour.. after each class or something.

Wow. Haha. Okay, So.. Dove deodorant.. Any specific Dove thingie? Like solid or gel, and scent?

Err.. did you read correctly? She aleady knows, and I'm helping her. Which is why I'm asking for any tips, suggestions, etc.

yeah i agree. i think she should stop using the deodorant she's using currently and get dove.

wow. extremly bad b.o ehh? that must suck. since taking a shower twice a day doesn't help because it keeps coming back. try to like reccommend good deoderant. secrets are good. but yeahs. maybe, on her birthday, get her some spray, where you get it from bath & body works or victioria's secret yennoe? yeahs.

I dont know who said it earlier, but yeah, she should go to a doctor because she could have a condition and not even know about it. My friend had HORRIBLE B.O. and went to the doctor to find out he had thie fungus thing under his arms & was allergic to most deodarants so he had to be given a special perscription that took away his problem...thank god

gah barf me. people should wash their clothes more. and deoderant or something!!!!

Maybe it's their house? and it smells funky.
Or maybe it's their CLOTHES? Like, maybe she needs to wash them?

well does she drink plenty of water?! cuz i know if you drink water it definitely helps washing away toxins. i agree scented deoderant only makes it worse- she should try the brand called soft &dri ..if not then there is this special deoderant you can buy at the pharmacy called certain dri- which is the strongest deoderant you can get without a prescription.

if that doesnt work then i guess she gotta consult a doc to see whats wrong. hope that helps

Eh, umm, yes take showers. Lady Speed Sticks works well.

i agree with the others about the doctor tho, it might be something serious!! lol...also unscented SOLID dove would work better i think?
