does anyone have a good swirly tutorial or knows how to make it? i checked most of the sites in the book of resources but theres not the one that i want :] if you have one/know where to find it/ know how to do it PLEASE TELL ME :]

Usually people download brushes and such if you use Paint Shop Pro or Adobe Photoshop, but you can make a swirl in any image program simply by using a cursive font and cut off some of it, and it will look like a swirl (I suggest the font velvet).

or you can download them just type in something like download dutch swirls photoshop brush or something like that and you should get it another one is from "vered" type that in google and you get loads of them
