Is there a way to vector in Photoshop? I dont have illustrator and I dont really wanna download it or anything cuz that illegal _dry.gif! But anyway.... Is there a tutorial for it or should I just not vector?

No, you can't vector on Photoshop because it's a raster-based program, but you can vexel on it.
You can download Illustrator for free and legally at http://www.adobe.com ..

there's a good tutorial for vexeling in photoshop, i have it on my favorites list at home (i'm at school right now) so i'll edit this post when i come home.
