Does anyone know how to do this effect on Animation Shop?
Step by step instructions please? I'm a newbie to PSP and Animation Shop.

The thing that looks like falling rain.

i think its one of the transition effects, or someone made those lines and included it in one of the frames

its quite simple.. if u want that kind of scan line.. here is like a mini tutorial..

go click File-->> new-->> pick ur size-->> ok.. u can add a picture or wutever... also u can just put some kind of color with the flood fill icon.. which is a bucket paint..

Go to..Effects-->>Insert Image Effect-->>from the drop down menu scratches..

than press ok.. you should have some boxes.. than if u want some text.. add text into it.. and do kind of blinky kind of thing..

and then.. go to top riight corner.. where u see an arrow/question mark.. go to the left of it.. and it has some kind of film strip.. click it.. and you see the animations..

than file-->> Save As-->> name it-->> save..

Okay, I got to the adding a background color on the icon and having scanlines..but how do I add text? and make it show?
