my mom wont let me get a normal cell phone ,but she's thinking about letting me get a pre-paid one. do you know of any places that have some good pre-paid minute deals? because i talk on the phone a lot,so i migh need lots of minutes for a good deal...

Pre-paid is not bad...atleast you wont go over your limit or make a big bill.

my friend had cingular, and she said it sucks. so don't get cingular.

I use Virgin Mobile. Pre - paid is a good way to show your parents that you can use a cell phone responsibly. It's also alot cheaper than having a contract or a plan, especially if you don't use your phone constantly. Virgin Moblie also uses Sprint's cell towers, so you can get service pretty much everywhere.

i hate prepaid. but if u want one, theres boostmobile (nextel), gofones (at&t0, virgin mobile, sprint has predpaids, i duno about t-mobile and cingular tho.
