Go under.. YOU, and then look for brushes, she also has patterns for photoshop. im not sure about PSP though.

I'd say make sure you have an image in mind that you need for your graphic and google it with the program name and brush sets. i happen to be a google fanatic and have discovered awesome brushes this way.
