okay heres the story: i was at my dads laptop and i had coffee, and i was about to sign off line to have the coffee somewhere else. when all the sudden my dog barks really loud, startles me and makes me tip my half cup of coffee
not all of it spilled but some on the laptop, where the key board is, on the bottom right and wheres those little speakers are on the bottom right, now this happened half an hour ago. and the computer seems to be fine, i blow dried it and cleaned up all over, but im very worried will anything happen?? how will i know if something is wrong? and if so what can i do to prevent anything i blow dried it a little too, if something were wrong would it had happened already?! please HELP!!

hey! don't worry i spilled a big ass cup of water on my laptop and for 10-15 minutes my laptop would't show its screen but then it started working again. and in the end everything was okay

well...nothing has really happened now so, nothing would later? it would of happened right away, right? im really sorry but im just VERY nervous, this isnt my laptop, if its broken my dad will kill me for sure.

nothings going to happen later yeah i would be tripping too if it wasn't my laptop but just don't worry about it. INHALE. EXHALE

i suggest u turn off the laptop, so the components dont go whacko. I'm pretty sure water would jus evaporate, but i dunon the consequences of coffee. Sory. GL

nah theyre not sticky, nothing feels sticky i whipped the coffee away really well and stuff...it hardly even smells like cofee too.

everything will turn out okay. and + if anything does happen, just act innocent and say dad? what are you talking about> something's wrong with the laptop lol

they don't feel sticky right now but it will get sticky.... i would know.

well when you spill liquid on electronic devices, usually the batteries are affected so make sure to plug the charger in and just leave it there for awhile. and dont drink coffee by your daddy's laptop anymore, silly :)

@_@ haaa i know..but i wasn't intending on drinking it there, honest. I was gonna sign offline and then drink it somewhere else...damn dog what a bitch
