I think its an asian thing. My best mates dad is from Singapore and he shaves his legs (the mate). None of my other mates do.

When your sweat glands open in your legs, hair can absorb the sweat as well as dust and dirt in the air and any other particles in the air that can contribute to uncleanliness. Don't make a statement that can be backed up by truth. You have issues with your own appearance if the appearance of someone else bothers you to such an extent. I recommend some psychiatric help. You should have your replying priveledges revoked for stupidity.

And yes, as much as the media has made homosexuality a trend, people have began using it in a casual and everyday context. Anything that isn't of tradition is becoming a gay taboo.
