it is supposed to, of course, tom delonge. do you believe that it is him? i don't. i mean, he doesn't say one bad word in any of his entries. and he has a xanga! what would make a famous celebrity have a xanga. especially when he is part of the band BLINK 182!?! and he obviously knows a little bit about HTML to have those borders and chatterbox! It just doesn't add up...
