hi, i am new at this stuff.

I made a cool 8 second ff ac video using windows movie maker that i want to make into a gif *no its not the one below, a friend made that*. Well i can make it into a .gif but how do i shrink the size down to 100x100? am i using the wrong program to start with? any help at making these things?

erm, if you want to make an animated gif file, try starting off with Animation Shop. I don't really know about other programs.
